Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not constitute a confirmed booking or a binding contract. All events are subject to a separate written proposal and agreement, availability, and confirmation by ZOVRYN. Details such as menus, guest counts and pricing are finalised during the consultation and proposal process.

Because every ZOVRYN experience is bespoke, pricing is provided individually through a written proposal based on your menu, guest count, service requirements and styling. Any indicative ranges shared are for guidance only and are not a quotation.

Confirmed bookings, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the event agreement provided to you. Those terms govern your event and take precedence over this website.

All content on this website — including photography, videography, copy, menus, branding and the ZOVRYN name and logo — is the property of Flenbo Foodworks Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. We provide the website “as is” and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Flenbo Foodworks Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
